Wedding at Masia Brugarolas: A Dreamy Summer Celebration in Barcelona

There are some weddings that are simply unforgettable, and this was one of them. Alexandra and Borja tied the knot in a dreamy summer celebration at Masia Brugarolas, a stunning venue in the countryside near Barcelona. I had the honor of being their wedding photographer, and I’m excited to share with you some of the highlights of their big day.

The wedding started with Alexandra’s getting ready, which was a lovely moment of anticipation and joy. She looked gorgeous and her bridesmaids were there to support her and make her laugh. I captured some candid shots of her and her family, as well as some details of her accessories and bouquet. Then I moved on to Borja’s getting ready, which was equally fun and emotional. His groomsmen were also there to help him and crack some jokes. I took some portraits of him and his friends, as well as some shots of his cufflinks and watch.

Before the ceremony, Alexandra and Borja decided to do a first look, which was a very romantic and intimate moment. They met in a secluded spot in the garden, and their reactions were priceless. They hugged, kissed, and admired each other, and I was able to capture their genuine emotions and expressions. Then they proceeded with the ceremony, which was held in a beautiful outdoor setting, surrounded by nature and decorated with flowers. The ceremony was full of love and laughter, and they exchanged their vows and rings in front of their family and friends. I took some photos of them and their guests, as well as some of the ceremony details and the scenery.

After the ceremony, we did a small portrait session with the couple, which was a great opportunity to explore the venue and find some amazing spots for photos. We went to the fields, the woods, and the pool, and we had a lot of fun playing with the light and the shadows. They were very relaxed and natural, and they showed their love and personality in every photo.

Then came the banquet, which was held in a cozy and elegant indoor space, with wooden beams and rustic details. The banquet was full of delicious food and drinks, and they had a live band playing some of their favorite songs. I took some photos of the tables, the cake, and the speeches, as well as some of the guests enjoying themselves and dancing. Finally, the party started, and it was a blast. They had a DJ playing some of the best hits, and they had a photo booth with props and costumes. They also had some surprises for their guests, such as a fireworks show and a candy bar. I took some photos of them and their guests having a great time and celebrating their love.
